Matt Lawton, founder of Lawton Workflows

Your business probably doesn’t need more software.

It needs the systems you already use to work properly together.

Enquiries slip through

Details are missed and follow-ups are forgotten.

Information gets repeated

The same details are copied between inboxes, spreadsheets and systems.

Work depends on memory

Processes stall when the one person who knows them is unavailable.

Jobs disappear between stages

Ownership is unclear and nobody can see what should happen next.

Those are the problems I help fix.

You work with me, not an automated platform.

Lawton Workflows isn’t a software platform or a faceless automation agency. I work directly with you to understand how your business actually operates, identify where things are being missed or duplicated, and build a system around the way your team works.

Personal recommendations. Practical systems. Direct support from me throughout.

Ask about ongoing support

From messy process to something your team can rely on.

1.

Understand

A short conversation about what is happening now and what a better outcome would look like.

2.

Audit

I map the process and identify gaps, risks and wasted effort.

3.

Improve

I build or repair the workflow, using software and automation only where useful.

4.

Support

If you want ongoing help, I can keep an eye on the workflow, make small adjustments and help keep it reliable as the business changes. This is always optional.

Current projects

Making it easier to capture, organise and follow up new enquiries.

Reducing repeated tasks and helping teams see what needs attention.

Common questions

Clear answers before you decide whether to take the next step.

Do I need to know exactly what is broken?

No. The free call is a chance to explain what is frustrating you. I’ll ask a few questions and help you decide whether there is a useful next step.

Is automation always involved?

No. I improve the workflow first. Automation or AI is used only where it is appropriate, safe and genuinely useful.

What happens after the Workflow Audit?

You receive practical findings and a prioritised action plan. If implementation is worthwhile, I can provide options, but there is no obligation to continue.

How does the £225 implementation credit work?

If you commission implementation after the audit, the full £225 audit fee is deducted from the agreed implementation price.

Is ongoing support required?

No. Support is optional and is discussed only when it would be useful for the completed workflow.

Let’s make the process easier to run.

Start with a short, no-obligation conversation about what isn’t working.
